The BCJ-1600 is a lightweight and compact BC Jacket especially developed for backpackers and divers who travel to overseas resorts. The bladder is made of 420 denier nylon, a material that provides an excellent fit without sacrificing flexibility or strength. Unnecessary functions and accessories have been eliminated, enabling a lightweight XS size of only 2.3kg/5 lbs. This is especially convenient when traveling to a diving resort by air or other forms of public transport, or for female divers who find heavy jackets difficult to carry. Naturally, the Integrated Stabilizing Harness and the Independent Harness System also ensure outstanding tank holding performance.

Integrated Stabilizing Harness
A new Integrated Stabilizing Harness has been developed for the BCJ-1600. In order to reduce the weight, the previous long rail type Ultimate Stabilizing Harness has been redesigned to a more compact size. Of course, the superior concept of the Ultimate Stabilizing Harness remains the same, with two rails firmly securing the tank. The harness is compact and yet tightly holds the tank, preventing it from slipping or shaking whether in the sea or on land.

Soft pad
Thick cushions are used for the back pads, achieving a comfortable fit.

Lightweight
This is a lightweight and compact B.C. Jacket, making it very easy to carry. The XS size is 2.3kg/5.06 lbs., the S size is 2.35kg/5.17 lbs., the M size is 2.40kg/5.28 lbs. and the L-XL size is size is 2.45kg/5.39 lbs. It is also very easy to pack in your luggage, making it ideal for taking on a diving trip.
