We do not sell your e-mail address or related information to third parties. We do not send out SPAM advertising and you will not generally receive annoying advertising e-mails from us. IP addresses are tracked for your security and to discourage fraudulent activity.
When we do send out annoucements to our customers using a variety of e-mail systems are emails are always clearly identified as coming from A-1 Scuba Diving and Snorkeling Adventures or A1ScubaGear.com. If you do NOT want to receive information please just let us know when you get one of our annoucements and we will remove you from our lists. However doing so will delete you permanently and you will need to reenter your data each time you want to place an order.
SECURITY
We use up to date, modern internet and computer technology to ensure all personal and financial information is encrypted and secure. We do not store financial information like credit card numbers or personal information like social security numbers on this site. When we process your credit card purchase directly through our site, your credit card numbers are split between two seperate locations so that all account number digits do not appear at the same time and place. Once charges have been applied to your acount only that part of your credit card information that lets us identify you is maintained.
