TUSA RS-340 Scuba Regulator Features:
TUSA RS-340 Scuba Regulator First Stage
Balanced diaphragm type first stage (R-300)
The balanced diaphragm system features minimum variation in intermediate pressure in relation to changes in residual tank pressure. The ports feature left-right symmetry (H.P. x 2, L.P. x 4) for easier tank adjustments, even for beginners.
TUSA RS-340 Scuba Regulator Second Stage
Universal swivel hose joint
For optimum performance and comfort, a swivel joint is fitted between the second stage of the TUSA RS-340 and the joint section.
Ortho-consciously designed mouthpiece
The new mouthpiece, developed with ergonomic engineering in mind further enhances the comfort of bite, fit and stability. Even with a light bite, a high level of stability is achieved so there is no fatigue from long periods of usage.
Dynamic airflow hose
A dynamic airflow hose with a large inner diameter increases air flow to the second stage.
Breathing resistance adjustment knob
Respiration rate and air consumption rate vary greatly while diving according to environmental conditions (water depth, current, etc.) as well as the skill and physical condition of the scuba diver. A necessary condition for safe and pleasant scuba diving is natural breathing in correspondence to the circumstance at any given time. With the S-40 and S-30 you simply rotate the flow adjustment knob on the side with its ideal click feeling for free control of the air supply volume according to your needs. The multiple thread screws permit speedy and fine adjustment from which you can appropriately sense resistance to exhaled air, to a condition in which you feel almost no resistance.
